Introduction

This five-day course teaches practical skills for communicating during crises. You will learn how to make timely decisions, control messaging, and limit reputational and operational harm. Training uses hands-on simulations, real examples, and practical templates. You will leave with a tested communication plan and ready-to-use checklists.

Deliver clear, accurate, and consistent messages to employees, media, customers, regulators, and other stakeholders during crisis situations.
